We are at your service Mon–Fri 8.00 am–3.30 pm. At other times please contact the property maintenance company for your location (phone number on the notice board in the stairway). If you lose your key or lock yourself out by leaving your key at home by mistake, the property maintenance company provides an on-call door-opening service. Urgent faults must be reported immediately to the property maintenance company 24h hotline. In case of serious disruptions or disturbance, please contact the police.
