Now that you are living with us, we want you to enjoy yourself! In the 'Your tenancy' section you can find all the necessary information for easy living and advice for possible problem situations. If you can't find what you are looking for, the TOAS Housing Office will help you!

> Reporting faults

As a tenant you have a resposibility to take care of the condition of the apartment. If you find something malfunctioning, please inform us about it!

You can fill in the fault report online on TOAS website. In urgent matters, be in contact directly with the maintenance company by telephone. In serious disruptions of order, please contact the police.

> Paying the rent

Rent is due for payment on the 6th day of each month. If a payment is delayed, the tenant is liable to pay a notification fee of 5 € and an annual interest rate of 9,5 % on the rent. The rent is paid directly to the TOAS account. Remember to use the reference number given in the rental invoice when ever paying the rent!
If you have signed an open ended tenancy agreement, this means you have one month's giving notice period, when you want to move out. Please read the terms of the tenancy agreement! If you have signed a fixed term tenancy agreement, the agreement is valid for the specific period defined in the tenancy agreement and there is no need to give notice to a fixed term tenancy agreement.
