The termination of contract: Details of giving notice
A tenant or a landlord who wishes to use their legal right to terminate their tenancy agreement, must give written notice to the other party. The notice must give details of the reasons for termination, and the date the termination should come into effect, providing the termination does not come into effect immediately. The landlord has the right to terminate the contract when:
1. The tenant fails to pay their rent at the assigned time 2. If the property or part of it is re-let 3. If the property is used for other purposes than those detailed in the tenancy agreement 4. If the tenant himself causes a disturbance, or allows a disturbing lifestyle to be lead at his/her property 5. If the property is cared for poorly or not at all 6. If the tenant breaks the health and safety code as set in the contract
