If you have received an offer for apartment, you may confirm to accept the offer by post. (Please note that the form on itself only preceeds the time before the actual contract has been signed, and also requires to be attached with the receipt for deposit and a copy of student certificate)

Temporary assignment of a recidential apartment

A contract for subletting a TOAS apartment to another student for temporary use. (please fill and deliver only one copy to the TOAS housing office. Housing office will deliver necessary copies after the contract has been approved by TOAS)
