No thanks to living on nothing but noodles!

Don’t tighten your belt, come live with us. A reasonable rent does not mean living in a dump. With us you’ll live in sunny, good-looking and well-equipped flats. Flats are available according to how much money you want to invest in your living. Even low-rent flats are quite as good as our ‘luxury’ sites in terms of services and condition.

All housing costs are included in your rent

The rent you pay to TOAS is made up of the monthly rent and a facility usage fee, which covers all costs arising from housing. This is not the case in many other places, which charge various fees ranging from water rates to Internet access on top of the rent. Don’t forget this when you compare rents in different flats!

TOAS is a safe lessor! You’ll have a home for the entire period of your studies. You won’t have to suffer from huge increases in rent or sudden notices of termination.

Rent is due for payment on the 6th day of each month. If a payment is delayed, the tenant is liable to pay a notification fee of 5 € and an annual interest rate of 9,5 % on the rent.

The monthly facility usage fee

The monthly facility usage fee includes electricity (the use of laundry room facilities and sauna are included in the basic rent, the internet is free of charge):

Parking hall/carage 40 €
