A home for the entire period of your studies

TOAS is a safe lessor. With us you have peace of mind to focus on your own life, when you don’t need to worry about sudden notices of termination, huge rent hikes or difficult landlords. You have the right to live in your TOAS home up to the end of your studies, and if your life circumstances change, you can also switch from one of our flats to another.

Applying

The TOAS Housing Office will help you find a flat. We can lend you a hand by email and telephone.

Who can apply?

You can apply for a flat if you are currently enrolled or admitted as a student in a post-compulsory educational institution in Tampere. You need to be a full-time student and entitled to receive student financial aid.

Please note that if you are a new incoming degree or Erasmus student, do not apply before your actual application period has begun.

Your application will be valid for six months – don’t forget to renew your application.
