ONLINE APPLICATION FOR AUTUMN SEMESTER 2012

You may fill in the online application, once you have been accepted as an exchange/degree student for UTA/TUT/TAMK for autumn semester 2012 and you have not lived in Finland during the previous semester. Please notice that TOAS cannot guarantee accommodation for visiting students/trainees.

Please fill in the application carefully and be sure to select the right educational institution as we only accept one application per applicant.

APPLICATION PROCESS

As soon as we have processed your application a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that the confirmation email will be sent to you on the next working day after you have submitted your application. Please wait for the confirmation email. If you do not receive it within one working day (if you submit your application on Friday, it will be processed on Monday) you may send an email to Sähköpostiosoite on suojattu roskapostiohjelmia vastaan, Javascript-tuen tulee olla päällä nähdäksesi osoitteen . Do not fill in more than one application.

You will be advised to pay a fee of 375 Euros (refundable deposit 300 Euros and non-refundable reservation fee of 75 Euros).

As we have received your deposit payment another confirmation email will be sent. After this we may proceed with the room reservation. Please wait patiently as the process may take some time. Reservations are made in the order of deposit payments arrival to TOAS account.

Agreements for exchange students will be signed for the time period of 1.8.2012 - 31.12.2012 and for degree students for the period of 1.8.2012-31.5.2013. Tenancy agreements cannot be ended earlier. All students may extend their tenancy agreements if needed. Please note that all agreements at location 155 City will end on 31 May, 2013. New room will be appointed if needed.

Deposit payment will be refunded to your account once your contract has ended. Notice! In order to refund your deposit you need to fill out your IBAN and BIC codes in the application form.
